New roof on bungalow adds living space and Wow factor!



Sunny days are perfect for site visits and it was nice to visit this project and compare it to the planning stage architectural drawings. Usually we wait until completion, but we are loving the new roof on this one, particularly the triple-nested-gable frontage so just couldn't wait!

This project involved a number of design amendments during the planning stage due to the two side gables and their effect on the neighbours, but in the end we achieved a planning consent that the client, planning officer and we at Nabney Plans were pleased with.
