Garage to become feature entrance hall as part of bungalow adaptations - planning approved.



 Our client required extra space for elderly relatives whilst maintaining a degree of separation. We work with a lot of bungalows and it is usually fairly straightforward enough to convert the loft space, but this project allowed us to transform the visual impact of the front elevation by also converting the garage to form an entrance atrium with an eye-catching staircase to the new floor above.

Despite local objections, this application was approved and our happy client is hoping to start work shortly.
